Full Moon's Light

I've never seen
Amaranth,
In a flower bed.
I've never cradled it
In my hands,
And inhaled its
Delicate smell.

But it's my
Favorite flower.

I've never been
To England,
And I've never
Walked its streets.
I haven't seen
The landmarks,
Or the current
Queen.

But I think it's
A wonderful country.

I've never seen
A raven,
With its black majestic wings.
I haven't seen
Its blue glow,
Under the
Full moon's
Light.

But I love it more
Than all the other birds.

I haven't seen
A lot of things,
During my short life,
And maybe I'll never see
The mysterious black
Raven,
Or the hills and streets of
England,
Or amaranth,
Sitting in my backyard.

But I'll love them
For eternity.
